Donna Byrnes is an active trainer and holistic health care professional.  Her expertise is in the fields of health care management, drug and rehabilitation counseling, and energy medicine.

Donna has invested her skills as a counselor for several different recovery institutes where she worked with clients seeking recovery from drug and alcohol addiction in thirty-day to two-year in-patient settings and provided psychological, emotional, spiritual and intellectual aspects of treatment for the prevention of relapse.

Currently, Donna conducts trainings in new skills to assist clients in their in goal of attaining a healthy lifestyle. She conducts group and individual trainings on improving self-esteem, energy medicine, and other holistic topics, and offers private deep healing energy therapy sessions.  She has been responsible for all phases of clients' progress to attain a healthier lifestyle and maintain sobriety with education, spiritual guidance, 12 Step Program, group and family sessions, individual sessions, behavior modification techniques, stress reduction techniques, spiritual theories and approach with dependency.  Through her skills and intervention, Donna has led many clients on their journey of healing and wellness.

Energy work is used by Donna to connect with patients who are terminally ill with cancer and other terminal diseases.  Love and compassion are a great gift during the final hours of one's life. The gift of Reiki, spiritual energy and prayer and meditation are so important in assisting those in need at the time of transitioning. 

Donna organizes spiritual drumming groups at Donna's Safe Haven in East Branch, New York where she works in collaboration with other spiritual healers to bring about awareness and spiritual growth through sacred sound and vibration.

Donna offers private sessions and distant healing using Reiki, Integrated Energy Therapy®, and Magnified Healing®. Upon special appointment, these 60 - 90 minute energy sessions  are conducted in your home for convenience and at Donna's Safe Haven in East Branch, NY. and Staten Island, NY.   All sessions are confidential in nature and offer clients a safe space to move through their spiritual journey.
